5.1 Prohibited Products

5.2 Prohibited Practices

• – Manipulating reviews or prices; fake accounts; misleading content
• – Misuse of customer data; fee circumvention

5.3 Platform Misuse

• – Security interference; scraping; credential sharing; spam

6.1 Your Content

• – You own your content; grant Cop&Drop a non-exclusive license to host/display it
• – You must have rights/permissions; we may remove violating content

6.2 Platform Rights

• – Platform tech & trademarks belong to Cop&Drop; feedback may be used freely

6.3 Infringement Claims

• – Report suspected IP infringement; we investigate and act

7.1 Commission Structure

• – Rates shared during onboarding; category/volume based; 30-day notice for changes

7.2 Payment Terms

• – Scheduled payouts to verified bank; holds/adjustments for returns/penalties/taxes

7.3 Tax Obligations

• – You’re responsible for applicable taxes; we provide transaction reports

8.1 Fulfillment Requirements

• – Acknowledge within 24h; prep/ship within stated days; share tracking promptly

8.2 Returns and Refunds

• – Accept as per policy; process within 48h; refunds within 7 business days on receipt

9.1 Content Guidelines

• – Accurate listings, quality images, and compliance with promo guidelines

9.2 Communication Standards

9.3 Performance Standards

10.1 Termination by You
